Computer daily news has reported that Edward Mandla, Liberal candidate for Sydney and recent star of an alleged NSW election eve dust-up, has won an award for having the Web site of the election 2007, awarded by www.independent-nsw.com web site.
Edward Mandla site was noted for its "bright fresh and crisp
presentation and layout." That is layout as in design, not as in "I
